Sidharth Kothari
Founder & Managing Director
Sidharth Kothari founded Kothari Infra in Indore in 2013 with a simple idea — that buying land shouldn't be complicated. Growing up in Madhya Pradesh, he saw firsthand how confusing, legally murky, and inaccessible land ownership could be for ordinary families. He set out to change that. Over the past 12 years, Sidharth has personally overseen 9 projects, delivered 1,261+ plots, and developed 235+ acres of farmland across Central India. His hands-on leadership style — being directly involved in site selection, legal verification, and customer relationships — has become the defining characteristic of Kothari Infra's culture. Under his guidance, the company has earned a reputation for being one of the most transparent and trustworthy developers in the region.
